DVB-S2 Update

Well I am happy to report I now have a working
implementation of DVB-S2 !!! The final known bug
was not in the error correction coding or anything fancy
but in a field that points to the start of the useable
data in the transmitted frame.

QPSK,8PSK,16APSK and 32APSK all appear to
work as do the code rates supported in the standard
from 1/4 through 8/9. It is days like this that make
writing software so enjoyable!

I must resist the temptation to look at DVB-T2
