DVB-S2 on an FPGA

Well it looks like this is not going to be possible on the Cyclone IV
chip on the Nano I have. I looked at a commercial core that runs
on a Stratix II and from the number of LEs they use I think I have
figured out how they have implemented it. They have done it in the
way I would like to have done if I had, had enough LEs available.

I should not have got diverted onto that anyway as the priority
is DATV-Express. I have now received the feedback from the
BATC about my talk and it seems to have received good marks.
